March 2000- The SAFE H₂O Website has been launched!

April 2000- We are proud to announce that S.A.F.E Water has been elected to be part of Maryland's Top Youth Entrepreneur Class of 2000

August 1999- SAFE H₂O project, under the direction of Dr. Karl Plumlee.

September 1999- Shimadzu donated a UV-1201 Spectrophotometer and a Print Screen Printer to SAFE H₂O.

October 1999- Mr. Walter Dutton, a representative from W.R. Grace, visited the project and helped decide which tests to perform on each sample.

November 1999- A generous shipment of lab equipment arrived from W.R. Grace.

December 1999- W.R. Grace representatives, Mr. Walter Dutton and Mr. Don Chin, oversaw the preliminary assay training.
