Thank you for your interest in a SAFE H2O water test! As a student-run organization, we will do our best to serve the community efficiently. Test results will be mailed or ready to pick up within one to two weeks. Please note that a tax-deductible ten-dollar ($10.00) donation per test covers the expense of all testing and information services.

Contact Mr. Rhode at C.H.S. for H2O bottle kit including instructions. Drop off bottle Monday through Friday. After water sample is taken, be sure to refrigerate. You can also order SAFE H2O bottle kit by filling out the form below. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
